Description

Polyamine deacetylase (PDAC), which acts preferentially on N8-acetylspermidine, and also on acetylcadaverine and acetylputrescin.Exhibits attenuated catalytic activity toward N1,N8-diacetylspermidine and very low activity, if any, toward N1-acetylspermidine.
